Head towards Exit 2 at Phloen Chit Station and you will immediately find a connecting passageway to Park Venture on your left.

It connects directly to the 2nd floor, allowing access to the building without getting wet—even on rainy days.

The building features a staffed reception counter and secure entry gates, where visitors present their ID to receive an access card. Elevators are programmed to stop only at the floors registered for each company, ensuring a high level of security

Facial recognition sensors are installed, allowing employees to pass through gates without an access card.

The office floors are located between the 8th and 22nd floors, divided into two zones: the low zone (floors 8–16) and the high zone (floors 17–22).

Floors 23–34 are occupied by The Okura Prestige Bangkok hotel, which has a separate entrance and exit from the office area.

Elevators are allocated according to the zones, with 5 serving the lower zone and 4 serving the upper zone, for a total of 9 elevators. This arrangement efficiently accommodates users and minimizes waiting times.
