The greatest appeal of this property is undoubtedly its prime location, with close proximity to the BTS Sukhumvit Line and easy access to expressways leading to the EEC. While many other buildings may be directly connected to BTS stations but situated in heavily congested areas, or located in less congested zones but far from stations with poor accessibility, 66 Tower offers a rare “hybrid” access advantage within the Sukhumvit area. Here, we are pleased to introduce such a unique property — 66 Tower!
66 Tower is located on Sukhumvit Soi 66 and is directly connected to Udomsuk Station via a skywalk (about a 2-minute walk).
In addition to guaranteeing Grade A office quality, it is also internationally recognized with LEED Gold certification. It has also received the “Best Office Architecture Thailand” award.

Located in the Udomsuk area, nearby is the mixed-use facility True Digital Park. The area is also close to Bangna-Trad Road, making it an excellent location with convenient access to Chachoengsao and the EEC.
In recent years, this has been one of the fastest-growing real estate development areas. Right next to 66 Tower, a mega mixed-use project called “Cloud 11” is under development. Furthermore, at the next station, Bangna, construction of the “Bangkok Mall,” which is expected to become the largest shopping mall in Southeast Asia, is also underway.
In the near future, this area is expected to develop to a level comparable to the CBD!
Now let’s take a look at how to access the building from BTS Udomsuk Station with photos!
From Exit 2 of Udomsuk Station, you will find the skywalk directly connected to 66 Tower.
In just about two minutes on foot, you can arrive inside the building. Even on the day of our visit, despite the rain, we were able to reach the building completely dry.
There is a staffed reception counter and security gates. By presenting an ID card at reception, you will be issued an entry card. The elevators only stop at the floor where the registered company is located, ensuring strict security standards.
The expansive and stylish office lobby, with a ceiling height of 10 meters, surely enhances corporate branding as the “face of the office”!
The office floors span from the 4th to the 28th floors, divided into a low-rise zone (4th–14th floors) and a high-rise zone (15th–28th floors).
The elevators are separated into low-rise and high-rise zones, with 4 elevators for the low-rise zone and 6 elevators for the high-rise zone (10 in total). With sufficient numbers, waiting times are minimal.
A wide variety of unit sizes are efficiently arranged. In some buildings, poor building shapes or bad column placements can cause dead space, making the office feel smaller. At 66 Tower, you don’t need to worry about that.
The ceiling height is a generous 3 meters, creating a spacious feel. By removing the existing ceiling panels, the height can be extended up to 4 meters!
This is a model room, but since water pipes are supplied to each unit, you can install a simple pantry inside the office.
Each unit has a split-type air conditioning system, allowing you to set operation times according to business hours. Additionally, each unit is equipped with sensors to maintain a comfortable room temperature of around 24°C.
Each unit has a panel box for connecting fiber optic cables and IP phones. With the spread of online meetings, high-speed internet is an essential factor when choosing an office.
Each unit is equipped with PM2.5 sensors. When PM2.5 is detected, fresh air is automatically released from the central air system. In Bangkok, where PM2.5 often makes the news, this is a welcome feature. Elevators and restrooms are also equipped with air purifiers, ensuring hygiene throughout the building.
Triple-glass windows are installed to reduce noise from the outside. Even in Udomsuk, where large trucks frequently pass, the soundproofing design provides a quiet working environment.
Although it was rainy on the day of the visit, on sunny days, south-facing units offer views of the Chao Phraya River and Bangkok’s green areas.
From west-facing units, the under-construction “Cloud 11” can be seen. Of course, the view varies depending on floor and orientation, making it an important point to check during site visits.
The hallways feature a simple, elegant design unified in white, with a sense of luxury. They are wide enough for two adults to walk side by side comfortably.
The restrooms are well-maintained, giving a hotel-like luxury atmosphere.
The multipurpose restroom even has a shower installed — a highly appreciated facility in Thailand’s hot climate.
Of course, there is also a shared pantry room.
The smoking area is located outside on the first floor.
On the first floor, you’ll find a 7-Eleven, a café, and a Japanese restaurant. While the number of shops is not large, the lineup is sufficient for daily necessities and light meals.
On the second floor, there is a fully equipped gym with professional-grade machines, as well as an adjacent Pilates studio. Perfect for refreshing after work or maintaining health.
The third floor features a small garden space where tenants can take a break and relax.
Although paid, there are 8 meeting rooms (S: 2, M: 2, L: 2, XL: 2) and a coworking space operated by Regus. Depending on the room, partitions can be removed to create larger spaces.
The XL-size meeting room has a maximum capacity of 100–150 people (total area of 750 sqm), making it suitable for press conferences, general meetings, and other large events.
The parking facility is located in an annex building from floors 1 to 10, with a capacity of 379 vehicles. EV charging stations are also available.
That concludes the introduction of 66 Tower!
As mentioned at the beginning, the biggest appeal of this property is its outstanding location — close to the BTS Sukhumvit Line and with easy access to expressways heading toward the EEC. For companies that frequently visit industrial estates while also conducting business in the CBD, this is truly an ideal office property.
