Surrounding Environment

The building is situated on Bangna-Trad Road, a strategic location for Japanese companies with factories in the EEC and Chachoengsao. AIA East Gateway is about a 5-minute walk from the MRT Yellow Line Si Iam Station, but since it is relatively far from the familiar BTS Sukhumvit Line, access from there is mainly by car.

There’s also a new community mall being built right next door, which will offer more convenience in the near future.

Access

Let’s take a look at the route from BTS Udom Suk Station, a familiar stop for many Japanese residents, with photos.  From Exit 5 of Udom Suk Station, you can easily find a taxi.

Compared to Sukhumvit Road, traffic on Bangna Road is usually much lighter, so you’ll rarely encounter congestion.

By taxi, it’s approximately a 10-minute ride with a fare of around 65 THB.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a staffed reception counter and a security gate. Visitors are required to present their ID cards at the counter to receive an access card. The high level of security provided, as the elevators are programmed to stop only at the registered floor.
