A high-rise office building featuring excellent accessibility—just around 7 minutes on foot from either BTS Surasak Station or Chong Nonsi Station—and a modern, eco-friendly design. Today, we introduce the office property AIA Sathorn Tower!
AIA Sathorn Tower has restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores on the first floor, while the office spaces are located on the upper floors. The surrounding area is also a financial district with many financial companies clustered nearby.
There are also plenty of Japanese and Italian restaurants around the office, so you will never run out of options for lunch or dinner!
This time, we are introducing a 100㎡ office space located on the 20th floor of AIA Sathorn Tower. Depending on the interior layout, it can accommodate approximately 7–14 people.
Now, let’s explore while imagining the daily commute: “From the station to the office,” “Inside the office property,” and “Office facilities.”
It is located about halfway between BTS Surasak and Chong Nonsi stations, and it takes around 7 minutes to reach the office building entrance.
The front of the office building is designed to allow easy access by car.
This is the entrance area of the office space. Security personnel are stationed at the entrance at all times.
There is also a receptionist on the right-hand side, and visitors from outside must receive a security card here before entering.
At another entrance of the office space, there is a stylish café and a convenience store. It’s a nice space to study a little before work or relax during lunchtime.
At the entrance of the office space, there is a security gate that only allows entry to those with a security card.
The elevators are also security-controlled, and accessible floors are restricted by the security card. For example, the featured office is on the 20th floor, and the card only allows access to that floor.
Compared to a system where authorized users can freely access all floors, this provides a higher security level.
However, depending on the time of day, such as mornings or lunch breaks, elevators may become crowded.
The corridor is wide enough for two people to walk side by side.
The ceiling height is sufficient at 3 meters.
*Note: The photo shows a space larger than 100㎡, but in practice, the floor will be divided by a wall, making the available space about half.*
This is the emergency staircase. In case of emergency, evacuation must be done from here instead of elevators.
There is also a fire extinguisher nearby.
An evacuation drill is conducted once a year.
In Thailand, smoking inside buildings is prohibited by law.
The smoking area is located next to the parking lot on the first floor.
