The retail area “Ekkamai Corner” located the G and M floors , there is currently about 97% tenant occupied. Most retail stores are scheduled to officially open from June 2025, including Japanese restaurants, bento outlets, and a variety of other retails.
A 7-Eleven convenience store is scheduled to open on June 1, 2025. On the B1 floor, “Shiroya” laundry will be available, supporting both business and daily life needs.
