Security

Access to the elevators is strictly controlled by security cards. Outside visitors must first present their ID at the reception desk to obtain a temporary access card before they can enter the building.

The area around the office entrance is exceptionally convenient, featuring accessible Starbucks, other cafés, and banks.

The building is equipped with a total of 8 elevators, each having a capacity of 24 people. The elevator system is divided to serve 3 zones, including:

  • Tower A: Low zone, Mid zone, High zone
  • Tower B: Low zone and High zone

Hallway Wide Enough for Two PeopleThe specific unit we are pleased to introduce is located on the 27th floor.

It was recently vacated by a company that relocated to a different floor. Since the partitions and interior walls remain in place, this unit offers a valuable reference point when designing a new office layout.

Office InteriorThe unit features concrete flooring, which gives you the flexibility to install tiles of your choice. Additionally, you have the option to add new partitions to create separate rooms, allowing to fully customize the office layout to perfectly fit your company’s style and needs.

The restrooms are well-maintained and clean throughout. Specifically, the women’s restroom is equipped with 3 cubicles.

The building’s central air conditioning operates from 7:30 AM. to 17:30 PM. on weekdays at a fixed temperature of 24°C

For usage outside these hours or on weekends, the service is available upon request with additional fees as follows:

  • Overtime fee: Mon–Fri 17:30–22:00 → 900 THB/hour
  • Sat, Sun & Holidays: 7:30–22:00 → 1,200 THB/hour

The internal temperature cannot be adjusted locally within the office unit. Any temperature change requires contacting the building engineer to modify the setting centrally.

 

Fire Drill Frequency

The building prioritizes safety by conducting comprehensive annual fire drills once a year.

Additionally, fire alarms are tested monthly for approximately 15 minutes to ensure all safety systems are fully operational.

Food Court, Parking and Smoking Area

Food CourtCW Tower provides plenty of dining options, featuring a large food court located in the basement. In addition to the food court, the basement area also hosts cafés, a market, and clothing shops. Furthermore, there are many cafés located on the ground floor.

Tenants also have the convenience of using the skywalk to connect to The Street Ratchada ensuring there are numerous options for lunch and snacks.

 

Parking

Tenants receive one free parking space.

Any additional parking spaces are available at a charge of 1,800 THB per month per space. 

 

Smoking Area

A smoking area is conveniently located at the back of the building on the ground floor.

Additionally, Bangkok Bank also has a branch located on the ground floor for your banking needs.
