Through the skywalk from the office, you can access a shopping complex called “The Street,” completed in 2015.
It includes a 24-hour supermarket and Japanese restaurants such as Yayoi.

Take these stairs up and you will enter the office building.

Immediately upon entering, on the right-hand side, there is a fitness center.

The interior of the office is luxurious, like a hotel.

Security

Access to elevators is controlled by security cards.
Visitors from outside must present their ID at reception to receive a security card before entering the building.

Around the office entrance, there are Starbucks, cafés, and banks, making it very convenient.

Inside the Office

We visited an office space on the 27th floor.
It was previously used by a company relocating to another floor.
Since partitions and walls remain, it provides a good reference when designing your own office layout.

Transparent walls and doors create an open, spacious feel.
The windows are fitted with protective films for heat insulation and shading, preventing the interior from becoming too hot.
Blinds can also be installed.
(Some office buildings do not allow blind installation.)

Concrete flooring can be customized with tiles of your choice.
You can also add new partitions to create separate rooms, tailoring the office to your company’s style.

Restroom Cleanliness

Restrooms are well maintained and clean.
The women’s restroom has 3 cubicles.

Pantry

Each floor has one pantry.
It is spacious enough for washing dishes.
Many companies also install water dispensers, refrigerators, and microwaves inside their office space.
The pantry is typically used for washing cups and dishes used for serving drinks to guests.

Air Conditioning

7:30–17:30 at a fixed temperature of 24°C.
Outside these hours or on weekends, it is available with additional fees.

Overtime fee: ・Mon–Fri 17:30–22:00 → 900 THB/hour
・Sat, Sun & Holidays 7:30–22:00 → 1,200 THB/hour

Temperature cannot be adjusted internally and requires contacting the building engineer.

Fire Drill Frequency

Annual fire drills are conducted once a year.
Additionally, fire alarms are tested monthly for about 15 minutes to ensure safety.

There is a food court in the basement.
There are also cafés on the ground floor.
When we visited in the evening it was quiet, but it is lively at lunchtime.
In addition to the food court, the basement also has cafés, a market, and clothing shops.

It is also possible to walk via the skywalk to the shopping complex, so there are plenty of lunch options.

Parking

One free parking space is available.
Additional parking costs 1,800 THB per car per month.

Smoking Area

There is a smoking area at the back of the building on the ground floor.
Bangkok Bank is also located on the ground floor.

Passing through this area leads to the parking lot.

Beyond the parking lot, there is a small green space that serves as a smoking area.

Here, smoking is permitted.

If you continue straight without going to the parking area, you will find an ATM for convenient banking.

Behind the ATM, you can see the shopping complex “The Street.”

You can cross the skywalk to access the shopping complex.
