JLK Tower is located in the Nana area, which is often associated with nightlife, but it is also surrounded by high-end hotels such as JW Marriott and Hyatt Regency, as well as luxury condominiums.
As mentioned earlier, new developments are reshaping the area, including the recently completed O-NES Tower, built by Obayashi Group, and the 53-story mixed-use complex “Tenth Avenue,” which is currently under construction. The streetscape and overall image of Nana are gradually changing.
Being in the center of the Sukhumvit area, it is a zone prone to traffic congestion, but with smart use of the BTS station, such concerns can be greatly minimized.
Let’s take a look at how to access JLK Tower directly from BTS Nana Station, with photos!

When you head towards Exit 1 of Nana Station, you will immediately see the entrance to JLK Tower on your right-hand side.

The building features a staffed reception and secure access control. Visitors required to present their ID to receive an access card, which only allows elevator access to the registered floors.
The office lobby is spacious and elegantly designed, reflecting the premium Grade A standard.
The office floors located from the 12th-32nd floors, divided into a low zone (12th–21st floors) and a high zone (22nd–32nd floors).
There are 11 elevators in total which 5 serving the low zone and 6 serving the high zone. With this sufficient number, waiting times are minimal.
