Located right in front of MRT Lumphini Station, between Rama IV Road and Witthayu Road, One Bangkok is a large-scale project by TCC Assets and Frasers Property, covering a total area of approximately 173,000 sqm with a total investment of about 120 billion baht.
The 430-meter Signature Tower, which could become the tallest skyscraper in Bangkok, is expected to be a new landmark following the MahaNakhon Tower (currently under construction as of 2024).
Today, we are pleased to introduce One Bangkok.
The office space of Tower 4 is already open, and Towers 3 and 5 are scheduled to open on October 25, 2024. This time, we toured Tower 4 and are pleased to introduce it with photos!
The building has achieved WiredScore Platinum certification and is also aiming for SmartScore, LEED Neighborhood Development Platinum, and WELL Platinum certifications.
One Bangkok is located right next to Lumphini Park, in an area close to the Japanese Embassy, the Australian Embassy, and the U.S. Embassy. It is also near the Silom area, where many Japanese companies have offices, and offers excellent access to the Sukhumvit area, making it a prime CBD location.
The nearest station is MRT Lumphini. A direct passageway from Exit 1 of the station leads directly to One Bangkok.
Even on rainy days, you can reach the office without getting wet through the underground passage. By transferring at MRT Sukhumvit Station to BTS Asok (only three stations away), access to Sukhumvit Road is easy, and you can conveniently reach any direction across Bangkok.
In addition, a free shuttle bus connects to BTS Phloen Chit Station every 30 minutes between 7:00 and 19:00 (boarding point at Tower 4, G floor).
There are also electric carts operating regularly within the large site.
There is a staffed reception counter and security gates. Visitors present an ID card at reception to receive an entry card. Elevators only stop at the floor of the registered company, ensuring a high level of security.
The simple, sophisticated design of the entrance evokes the concepts of “next generation” and “near future.”
The elevator zone is designed like a set from a sci-fi movie, with a futuristic atmosphere. Floors are divided into four zones: High Zone (9 floors), Middle-High Zone (9 floors), Middle-Low Zone (9 floors), and Low Zone (10 floors). Each zone is served by 12 elevators (24 in total).
With this number of elevators, waiting time is minimal. (At the time of our visit, only some elevators were operational.)
Various unit sizes are efficiently arranged. Unlike some buildings with poor layouts, obstructive columns, or wasted space, One Bangkok avoids such issues.
The ceiling height is a generous 3 meters, providing a spacious and comfortable atmosphere.
Units facing west offer panoramic views of Lumphini Park, while south-facing units overlook the central plaza in a U-shaped layout.
Of course, the view varies depending on the floor and direction, making it an important point to check during inspections.
The restrooms are immaculately clean with a luxurious, hotel-like atmosphere.
Multipurpose restrooms are equipped with showers, which is a welcome facility in Thailand’s tropical climate.
Shared pantry rooms are also available.
The smoking area is located outside on the first floor, a little distance from the office area.
Many retail shops on the B1 floor are already open, including cafés, convenience stores, and dining options. With the completion of other towers, more tenants will join in.
The food court area is also open.
The commercial area of One Bangkok is divided into three zones. At the time of coverage, only the underground retail area was operating, but by the end of the year, Mitsukoshi Isetan Holdings is expected to open a luxury supermarket of about 4,600 sqm.
A convention center for shows and events is also under construction.
Within the site, five luxury hotels—including The Ritz-Carlton—and three condominiums are planned. Not only can they serve as accommodations for business travelers, but employees’ living needs—work, dining, and housing—can all be met within “One Bangkok.”
It is no exaggeration to say that One Bangkok has become “a city within a city.”
