Located in Phloen Chit, adjacent to the Okura Prestige Bangkok, a major Japanese hotel. The area is home to Central Embassy and is in the heart of Bangkok, with easy access not only to the Sukhumvit area but also to Silom and the Embassy of Japan.
Let’s see how to access the building from BTS Phloen Chit Station with photos.
Head towards Exit 2 at Phloen Chit Station and you will immediately find a connecting passageway to Park Venture on your left.
It connects directly to the 2nd floor. Even on rainy days, you can reach the building without getting wet.
The spacious and sophisticated office lobby will undoubtedly enhance your corporate branding as the “face” of your company!
There is a staffed reception counter and security gates. Visitors present their ID cards at reception to receive an access card. Elevators stop only at the floors of the companies registered at reception, ensuring a high level of security.
Facial recognition sensors are also in place, allowing employees to pass through gates without an access card.
Office floors range from the 8th to 22nd floors: Low zone: 8–16, High zone: 17–22. (Floors 23–34 are hotel rooms for the Okura Prestige Bangkok with a separate entrance.)
There are five elevators for the low zone and four for the high zone, totaling nine. This ample capacity means virtually no waiting time.
A variety of unit sizes are efficiently laid out. Note: Units 1 and 7 are not perfectly square, so interior layout planning should be done carefully.
