Park Silom is an office building with outstanding accessibility, directly connected to BTS Sala Daeng Station. Even on rainy days, you can enter the building from the station without using an umbrella. Completed in 2023, its modern and stylish design, combined with an eco-friendly and green-inspired exterior, is certain to become a new landmark in the Silom area. The commercial area features popular cafés, Japanese restaurants, fitness facilities, and more – a lineup that will surely delight Japanese business professionals. Truly deserving of the title “A-Class Building,” Park Silom is a highly reliable property, already home to many Japanese companies.
A lush green space spreads out in front of the building.
Inside Park Silom, there are of course cafés and restaurants, but Silom Complex and Silom Edge shopping malls are also within a 5-minute walk, so you’ll have no trouble finding lunch or shopping options.
Located at the intersection of Silom Road and Convent Road, this is an area that tends to be congested during rush hours. Companies that frequently use cars should take this into consideration.
Park Silom is directly connected to the skywalk extending from Exit 2 of BTS Sala Daeng Station, taking just about 1–2 minutes on foot to reach the office building entrance.
There is also convenient access to MRT Silom Station, making it highly popular among employees commuting from all directions across Bangkok.
The luxurious hotel-style entrance features a staffed reception counter and security gates. By presenting an ID card at reception, visitors are issued an entry card. Elevators only stop on floors registered at reception, ensuring a high level of security standards.
The elevators are divided into three zones: lower, middle, and upper floors. There are 5 elevators for the lower zone, and 6 each for the middle and upper zones. With a sufficient number of elevators, waiting times are minimal.
The building’s shape is a clean rectangle, allowing units of various sizes to be efficiently laid out. In some buildings, the design can cause poorly placed columns or dead space, making the same area feel smaller, but this is not a concern at Park Silom.
The ceiling height is approximately 3m, creating a spacious and open atmosphere.
With no adjacent high-rise buildings, units generally enjoy good views in all directions. Of course, views vary depending on floor level and orientation, so it is a key point to check during inspections.
From some units, you can even see Bangkok’s landmark, the MahaNakhon Tower.
The restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and have a luxurious, hotel-like atmosphere.
Multipurpose restrooms are also equipped with showers – a welcome facility in tropical Thailand where it’s easy to sweat.
Shared pantry rooms are of course available.
The corridor has a simple white-based color tone, with marble tiles on the floor to prevent a cheap impression.
The commercial area also includes Thailand’s popular café, “Arabica Coffee.” Arabica Coffee is a Made-in-Japan brand originating from Kyoto, which opened its first Thailand store at Iconsiam and is now expanding globally.
Other tenants include the supermarket “Foodland” and pharmacy “Boots,” ensuring office workers have no trouble shopping.
The smoking area is accessible from the commercial area, and is located a bit away from the office section.
Directly opposite the building, “CROOM by Nishitetsu Hotel” opened in September 2024, offering convenient accommodation for business travelers.
