Office floors located from the 9th-28th floors, divided into two zones: low-rise (9–19) and high-rise (20–28).
The building is equipped with a total of 8 elevators, with 4 serving the low-rise zone and 4 serving the high-rise zone, ensuring minimal waiting times for all tenants.
PUNN Tower features a variety of unit sizes with highly efficient floor plans. The design avoids common issues like irregular shapes or columns in the middle of a room, which makes the space feel more open and easier to design layouts.

The restrooms are meticulously maintained, with a luxurious, hotel-like atmosphere. The stone-textured tiles in the wash area add a sense of refinement. There is nothing cheap about the design.
A multipurpose restroom is available.
Shared pantry rooms are provided, with two washing areas to reduce congestion after lunch breaks.
The smoking area is accessible outside on the ground floor.
At the time of our visit, a coffee shop was already open in the lobby. Additionally, Epson has taken up three retail units on the ground floor to use as an office and showroom.
A Thai restaurant is also under construction and is scheduled to open this October, with plans to add more small retail kiosks in the future.
While PUNN Tower itself does not have an in-house food court, tenants have easy access to a great alternative: the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) headquarters next door, which has an affordable food court open to the public.
For even more variety, the area is surrounded by numerous local restaurants and food stalls. Across the street at MedPark Hospital, which is popular with Japanese residents, you can find familiar dining options like Starbucks, Fuji Restaurant, and CoCo Ichibanya Curry.
By taking advantage of these convenient and diverse dining choices, tenants can significantly reduce their rental costs by forgoing expensive on-site amenities.
