The building has a staffed reception counter and security gates. Visitors present an ID at reception to receive an entry card, and elevators only stop at the floor of the registered destination company. This ensures a high standard of security.
The entrance, featuring a large clock motif, represents the building’s concept of “Timeless Workspace Office.”
The office floors range from the 8th to the 29th, divided into a low-rise zone (8–18) and a high-rise zone (19–29). Currently, only the low-rise zone is available for lease.
There are 6 elevators each for the low-rise and high-rise zones (12 in total). With this number of elevators, waiting time is minimal.
