Exit the MRT gate and head towards Exit 2.

Next to the escalator to the ground level, there is an underground passage connecting directly to the building.

Security

A staffed reception counter and security gate are in place. Upon presenting your ID at reception, you will be issued a visitor pass. Elevators only stop on floors registered for the visiting company, ensuring a high level of security.

Tenants can also access through the security gates from the retail area on the 4th floor.

Office floors are from the 8th to the 22nd floors, with the low zone spanning 7th to 19th floors, and the high zone spanning 20th to 31st floors.

Security

A visitor management system is in place at the lobby. All access areas are monitored 24/7 by CCTV and security patrols. Security gates are installed in the lobby and on the 4th floor, with the 4th-floor gate being tenant-only.

Visitors must use the lobby gate, but exits are open to everyone.

View from the Office

The view overlooks Rama IV Road, with “Wat Hua Lamphong” temple visible across the street. Depending on the angle, you can also see the hotel/condominiums within the complex.

Corridors

The corridors are finished in a simple yet luxurious white theme. The width is generous, allowing two adults to walk side-by-side comfortably.

The area in front of the elevators is decorated with stone-pattern tiles, giving an immediate sense of sophistication and luxury upon arrival.
