Exit the MRT gate and head towards Exit 2.

In just about 5 minutes, you can reach the retail zone directly without getting wet even on rainy days.

Security

A staffed reception and security gates are in place, where visitors are required to present their ID to receive an access card. Elevators stop only at floors registered for the visiting company, maintaining a high level of security.

Tenants can also access through the security gates from the retail area on the 4th floor.

Office floors located on the 8th- 22nd floors, divided into the low zone (7th-19th floors) and the high zone (20th-31st floors).

A visitor management system is in place at the lobby. All access areas are monitored 24/7 by CCTV and security patrols. Security gates are installed in the lobby and on the 4th floor, with the 4th-floor gate being tenant-only. Visitors must use the lobby gate, but exits are open to everyone.

View from the Office

The view overlooks Rama IV Road, with “Wat Hua Lamphong” temple visible across the street. From certain angles, the hotel and condominium buildings within the complex are also visible.
