Situated slightly north of Siam, the building currently has few Japanese tenants, making it something of a “hidden gem” office location.
Located on Si Ayutthaya Road in central Bangkok, the area is surrounded with many famous shopping complex, also has excellent access to public transportation and the expressway. Despite this convenience, the building sits in an office district, maintaining a calm and quiet environment.

Head toward the Exit 4 and go down to the sidewalk.
Once you head down from the BTS station, you’ll reach an intersection; cross the road then turn right, and the building will be right in front of you. Although it’s not directly connected to the station, but with only a 3-minute walk, making it very convenient.
