Key Features of Thaniya Tower

Completely renovated in 2022, Thaniya Tower is located in the Silom area on Thaniya Road, directly connected to BTS Sala Daeng Station via a skywalk (only 1 minute walk). Despite being a prime office building, the rent is very reasonable.

Let’s take a look at how to get here from BTS Sala Daeng Station with photos.

Head toward Exit 1, and you will immediately see the entrance directly connected to Thaniya Tower on your right.

With direct access from the station to the 3rd floor, allowing access to the building without exposure to rain.

Security

Upon entry, a security gate on the 3rd floor offers convenient direct access to Tower B. Alternatively, tenants can access via the G floor.

Tower A: 4 passenger elevators but there will be 5 passenger elevator from the 6th floor.
Tower B: 3 passenger elevators + 1 service elevator

The building features a reception counter where visitors present their ID to receive an access card. Elevators stop only at the registered floor, ensuring a high level of security.

Additionally, the building is equipped with 24-hour security personnel and CCTV in public areas, meeting modern safety standards for peace of mind.

The ceiling height is 2.7 meters per floor, even its slightly lower than in newer buildings, but the large windows create a bright and open atmosphere with ample natural light.
