Exchange Tower is an office building directly connected to BTS Asoke Station via the Skywalk, offering unbeatable accessibility. Even on rainy days, you can enter the building from the station without the need for an umbrella. Although it was completed in 2007 and has been in use for some time, its original design features a luxurious finish, and thanks to proper maintenance of its facilities, the building shows no signs of aging or deterioration. It is a reliable property, with many Japanese companies and well-known global firms as tenants.
Inside Exchange Tower, there are of course cafes and restaurants, but across the street you’ll also find Interchange 21 and the Terminal 21 complex (a shopping mall and serviced apartments) directly connected to Asoke Station, all within just a 1–2 minute walk. You’ll never have trouble finding lunch or shopping options.
Located at the intersection of Asoke Road and Sukhumvit Road, this area is always congested. For companies that frequently travel by car, this is an important consideration.
Exchange Tower is directly connected to the Skywalk extending from BTS Asoke Station / MRT Sukhumvit Station, and the building entrance can be reached in about 1–2 minutes on foot. With excellent access to both stations, it’s undoubtedly popular with employees commuting from all areas of Bangkok.
Here is a 360° image from the office area entrance. The grand entrance, decorated like a hotel, features a staffed reception counter and security gates. By presenting your ID card at reception, you will be issued a visitor pass. Elevators only stop at the floor of the registered destination company, ensuring a high standard of security.
Elevators are divided for higher and lower floors, with a sufficient number in each zone. However, during lunchtime, a short waiting time of a few minutes may occur.
The building has a clean square shape, allowing units of various sizes to be laid out efficiently. In some buildings, irregular shapes, poorly placed columns, or excessive dead space make offices feel cramped even with the same area. At Exchange Tower, such concerns do not exist.
The ceiling height is a generous 2.8m, ensuring an open and spacious feel. Depending on the unit, OA floors are also standard, a rare feature in Thailand, making this building recommended for companies with extensive wiring needs.
With no adjacent high-rise buildings, units in all directions generally offer great views. Some units face neighboring condominiums, so this is a point to check during inspection.
The restrooms are clean and feature luxurious ceramic tile walls and floors.
The hallways are simple in white tones, but with ceramic tile floors, they do not feel cheap.
On the 1st floor office lobby, there is a Starbucks, perfect for a quick break or study time before work.
Although not part of the shared area, the 29th floor of the tower houses Regus, a well-known serviced office provider. It can be used as a temporary office when entering Thailand or as a large meeting room for conferences (fee applies).
We also provide introductions to serviced offices such as Regus.
