Low-rise zone: 3rd–7th floors
High-rise zone: 8th–12th floors
Both Tower 1 and Tower 2 have 4 elevators for the low-rise zone and 4 for the high-rise zone (total 8).
Being a low-rise building with sufficient elevators, waiting time is minimal.
A variety of unit sizes are efficiently arranged. However, due to the shape of the building, corner rooms or floors facing wavy walls may have irregularly shaped units, so careful consideration is needed when planning office furniture layouts.
The ceiling height is approximately 3 meters, creating an open atmosphere without any sense of confinement. Columns are placed in the corners of rooms, allowing efficient use of spacious areas.
This corresponds to the unit at the bottom right of the floor plan. In some units of Tower 2, balconies with planted trees are installed, available only on odd-numbered floors (3, 5, 7, 9, 11). Smoking is prohibited on balconies, but they are accessible.
It’s a lovely feature that lets you enjoy greenery even while in the office!
Fresh air is supplied at a ventilation rate 30% higher than standard specifications, ensuring constant airflow and reducing reliance on air conditioning.
In addition to a robust structure capable of withstanding earthquakes, the building is equipped with smoke detectors, automatic sprinklers, and clearly marked evacuation routes to ensure safety.

Multipurpose restrooms are equipped with showers—a welcome facility in a tropical climate.
A shared pantry room is also available.
The smoking area is located outside on the first floor.
Tenants include a convenience store, cafes, and snack shops. While the number of tenants is not large, the lineup is sufficient for quick snacks or shopping.
The conference facilities operated by Victor Club can be rented by both internal and external users.
There are four meeting rooms (Victor 1–4). Two small meeting rooms can be combined to create a large room of up to 243㎡, accommodating 50–60 people.
Catering services are also available, with options for coffee breaks, half-day, or full-day packages.
Parking accommodates 743 vehicles, with 3 EV charging stations installed.
There is also a dedicated bicycle parking area—ideal for promoting daily exercise through bicycle commuting.
