Interchange 21 is an office building with excellent accessibility, directly connected to the BTS Asok Station via the skywalk. With direct access from both MRT Sukhumvit Station and BTS Asok Station, it offers convenience for staff commuting, business outings, and welcoming clients to the office. Although completed in 2010 and no longer considered a newly built property, its outstanding access and surrounding environment make it a consistently popular choice.
Here is a 360° image from the ground floor of Interchange 21, located at one corner of the Asoke intersection. Hotels, restaurants, and various shops are available within and around the office building, so daily needs are well covered. However, please note that both Asok Road and Sukhumvit Road around the intersection are frequently congested. Companies that require frequent commuting or traveling by car should take this into consideration.
With just a few minutes’ walk from both MRT Sukhumvit Station and BTS Asok Station, access to Bangkok’s major stations in all directions is outstanding. During Thailand’s rainy season, heavy rain often causes commuters to be stranded at stations, but at Interchange 21, you can enter the building directly from both BTS and MRT without getting wet.
This is a 360° image from the entrance to the office area. At the luxurious reception counter, you must present your ID to the staff to receive an access card. Without the card, you cannot pass the security gates, and the elevator buttons for each floor cannot be used. Therefore, the security system is highly reliable.
Elevators to the office floors are divided into those for lower floors and those for higher floors. With a sufficient number of elevators available, congestion is relatively minimized despite the large number of tenant companies. The walls and floors are finished with ceramic tiles, giving the area a luxurious feel.
The view from the windows of Interchange 21 varies greatly depending on the orientation of the unit, making it an important point to check during inspection. Recommended units face the Asoke intersection, offering views of heavy traffic, surrounding skyscrapers, and Benjakitti Park to the south — a truly “Bangkok-like” scenery. Units facing adjacent buildings may have limited views, while those facing Soi Cowboy may be subject to nighttime noise, so caution is advised.

The restrooms use ceramic tiles for both floors and walls and are well maintained.
Compared to the luxurious entrance, the shared hallways and elevator halls on each floor feel somewhat plain and show slight signs of aging. Specifications vary by floor, but in general, the interior design is simple with a white base.
The shared pantry areas are minimal, comparable to a campsite kitchen. However, the building owner has announced plans for renovation during 2022.
