We are pleased to introduce you to Siam Patumwan House!
This office building is located in Siam, the heart of Bangkok. By using the skywalk directly connected to BTS National Stadium Station, it is accessible within just 5 minutes.
Many Japanese companies such as Hitachi Elevator, Yamaha, Daikin, and SMCC have already moved in. The building is used as both showrooms and headquarters offices, with tenant companies’ products installed throughout the building.

Situated in the center of the Siam district and adjacent to the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC), the building enjoys a calm atmosphere despite being in a prime downtown location. At the same time, it is surrounded by vibrant shopping malls such as Siam Discovery and MBK Center.
This area is also a popular tourist destination, with many luxury restaurants and hotels, making it highly convenient for business travelers and corporate entertaining.
The skywalk connects directly to BACC, Siam Discovery Center, MBK, and National Stadium. The surrounding area is bustling with malls, restaurants, and sports facilities.
Let’s see how to access the building from BTS National Stadium Station with photos!
Exit Gate 3 of BTS National Stadium Station, proceed onto the skywalk, and you will find a connecting passage leading directly to the building on the opposite side of MBK Center.
This passage connects directly to the 2nd floor of Siam Patumwan House and takes about 5 minutes from the station. There are no stairs to climb, so access is smooth and convenient.
Although Siam Station is about the same distance in a straight line, crossing roads and stairs makes it less convenient. Using National Stadium Station is the most practical option!
This is a Grade A office building that has obtained four certifications: LEED Gold, Fitwel 1 Star, WiredScore Platinum, and SmartScore Gold. These international standards guarantee the building’s quality. After acquiring WiredScore and SmartScore certifications, interest from technology-related companies has been increasing!
LEED Certification: An environmental performance rating system provided by the U.S. Green Building Council, assessing buildings and land use. Buildings are ranked into four levels: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Certified.
Fitwel Certification: A system that emphasizes occupant health, developed by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). It evaluates how well buildings provide a healthy environment across 12 categories.
WiredScore: A benchmark that evaluates the digital infrastructure of office buildings (telecommunications, network connectivity, security, etc.). It quantitatively measures the readiness for digital adoption.
SmartScore Certification: A comprehensive benchmark for evaluating office building sustainability. It considers energy efficiency and environmental impact, scoring sustainability and serving as a guide for continuous improvement.
Designed with inspiration from the traditional Japanese architectural motif of “lattice,” the lobby of this building immediately conveys a dignified atmosphere. It offers a sense of luxury while maintaining warmth and approachability through its wood design elements.
Access Control: High-security elevators programmed to allow access only to designated floors.
Authentication System: Advanced face recognition, smart card readers, electromagnetic locks, and surveillance camera systems powered by Hitachi’s Smart Building Platform.
Thermal Scan: Thermal scanning cameras installed at the main entrance as a COVID-19 countermeasure.
Office floors span from the 8th to the 32nd floors, divided into two zones:
・Low Zone: 8th – 19th floors
・High Zone: 20th – 32nd floors
There are separate elevator banks for each zone: 8 elevators for the low zone and 8 elevators for the high zone, totaling 16 elevators. With this sufficient capacity, waiting times are kept to a minimum.
The units come in a variety of sizes and are efficiently designed. Unlike in other buildings, where irregular layouts can result in obstructive columns or wasted space, here you won’t face such concerns. The layout ensures maximum usability.
The office area has a generous ceiling height of 3 meters, creating a spacious and open environment without any sense of crowding. This provides a comfortable working atmosphere with excellent natural light through large windows.
