One of Summer Lasalle’s highlights is its abundant greenery. Over 40% of the campus is dedicated to landscaping.

Each unit also allows independent air conditioning control.
This introduction focuses on office spaces located on the 1st and 2nd floors of Summer Lasalle. The interiors are still unfinished, but each unit is approximately 100㎡, ideal for 6–14 occupants.

From Exit 1, take a motorcycle taxi or a shuttle bus to the office buildings. It takes about 5 minutes from BTS Bearing Station.

The view from the windows is surrounded by greenery, giving a natural feel, although it is not a high-rise with panoramic city views.
Since tenants have not yet moved in, the facilities remain very clean.
The pantry is compact but sufficient for washing dishes and light use, and it feels clean.
Each office building area is also equipped with a smoking space.
