Each floor has a total area of about 500㎡, accommodating approximately 33–70 people if fully occupied as an office.
The view from the windows is surrounded by greenery, giving a natural feel, although it is not a high-rise with panoramic city views.
Since tenants have not yet moved in, the facilities remain very clean.
The pantry is compact but sufficient for washing dishes and light use, and it feels clean.
